Juniper Berry

Juniper Berry, this ancient berry has been used throughout the ages for its properties of love, attraction, protection, good luck, to increase visions, wisdom , prosperity & clarity. Today, juniper is commonly used in blessing & purification rituals.
In lore, it was burned for purification and to stimulate contact with the Otherworlds at the Samhain festival at the start of the Celtic year. In central Europe, juniper smoke played a part in the spring-time cleansing and casting out of negative magicks and impure energy. Juniper was also burned during outbreaks of the plague as it's believed to cast out sickness.
Each one of our Herbs & Roots are packaged in a glass viles and is wax sealed with The Magpie & The Moon stamp.
 
Each one of our Herbs & Roots is individually hand picked, hand dried & hand blessed. It is important to us that all of our herbs are locally grown in one of our many Gardens or is hand foraged from the wilds of Cornwall. Using what the earth provides locally and being a self sustaining craft with no mass farming or importing. Using what the earth and the Seasons provide keeping our herb craft as traditional as possible.
